Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 4, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ōnlē organics website, products, subscriptions, digital products, courses, educational materials, customer accounts, emails, and related services.
The website and its content are owned and operated by ōnlē organics LLC, a Montana limited liability company. In these Terms, “ōnlē organics,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ōnlē organics LLC. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing the website, creating an account, making a purchase, or using our products, content, or services.
By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a subscription, accessing a course, or using our products or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies incorporated into them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our website, products, courses, or services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a purchase, create an account, or enroll in a course through ōnlē organics.
Products intended for children must be purchased and administered by a parent or legal guardian or used under appropriate adult supervision. A product being formulated for children does not authorize a child to create an account or make a purchase.
By using our website or purchasing from ōnlē organics, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
Policies Incorporated into These Terms
Our Subscription & Cancellation Policy, Returns, Refunds & Order Issues Policy, Shipping & International Orders Policy, Privacy Policy, and FDA & Educational Disclaimer are incorporated into these Terms of Service.
By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the versions of those policies applicable to your purchase or use.
If a product page or checkout contains terms that apply specifically to a particular product, subscription, promotion, or course, those specific terms also form part of your agreement with ōnlē organics.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes to our business, products, technology, practices, or legal obligations.
The updated Terms will become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.
When required by law, we will provide advance notice of material changes. Material changes to an existing subscription will be handled in accordance with the terms accepted at purchase and applicable law.
Your continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights that cannot legally be limited or waived.
Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, ingredients, photographs, pricing, availability, and other information.
Product packaging, labels, ingredients, appearance, size, and presentation may be updated from time to time. Colors and appearance may also vary based on the device or screen used to view the website.
We do not warrant that every description, image, price, or other piece of information will always be complete or error-free. If we discover a material error affecting an order, we may correct the information, contact you for instructions, cancel the affected order, or provide another appropriate resolution.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, restrict sales to particular destinations, or refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of availability, suspected fraud, misuse, pricing errors, legal restrictions, safety concerns, or another legitimate business reason.
If we cancel an order before fulfillment, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled portion.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
By submitting an order, you authorize ōnlē organics and its payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for the total displayed at checkout, including the product price, recurring subscription charges where applicable, shipping, taxes, duties, and other disclosed charges.
You represent that you are authorized to use the submitted payment method and that the billing and account information you provide is accurate.
Taxes are collected where required and calculated based on the information available at checkout. You remain responsible for taxes or government charges lawfully imposed on your purchase that were not collected by ōnlē organics, except where expressly included in the amount paid at checkout.
We may correct a pricing or calculation error. If the correction materially affects an order that has not shipped, we will contact you or cancel and refund the affected order.
Discounts, promotional offers, credits, and coupon codes are subject to their stated terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively to a completed purchase.
Subscriptions and Recurring Charges
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize ōnlē organics to charge the payment method on file automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges.
The 128-Day ōnlē Rebalance Method Experience requires a minimum of four successful orders. It cannot be canceled, skipped, paused, rescheduled, reduced, exchanged, or changed during that four-order commitment.
After the fourth successful order, the minimum commitment for the 128-Day ōnlē Rebalance Method Experience has been satisfied, but the subscription does not end automatically. It continues to renew, charge, and ship approximately every 30 days until you cancel it in accordance with the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
All other subscriptions require a minimum of two successful orders. After the second successful order, the subscription continues at the frequency shown at checkout until canceled.
An unsuccessful, declined, refunded, disputed, or canceled payment does not count toward the applicable minimum commitment.
Cancellation and change requests must be emailed to customercare@onleorganics.com and received at least 48 hours before the next scheduled processing date. Additional deadlines, early-cancellation terms, and subscription requirements are stated in the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the recurring price, frequency, minimum commitment, renewal terms, and cancellation requirements presented at checkout.
Failed and Past-Due Payments
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and a valid payment method for all purchases and active subscriptions.
If a payment is declined or unsuccessful, we or our payment provider may attempt to process the payment again. Your subscription remains active unless canceled in accordance with the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
We may suspend product shipment, course access, account access, or other services until a past-due balance is paid.
An unsuccessful payment does not release you from an agreed minimum subscription commitment or another valid payment obligation.
Order Processing
Please review your products, quantities, subscription selection, payment information, and shipping address before placing an order.
Our fulfillment team begins preparing orders quickly. Once an order has processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, changed, combined with another order, intercepted, redirected by ōnlē organics, returned, or exchanged except where required by law or where the order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Submitting an email after an order has processed does not cancel or change that order.
Final Sale Policy
All physical products, digital products, course purchases, course access, and subscription orders are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, including unopened products, because products that leave our controlled custody cannot be placed back into inventory or resold according to our quality standards.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, lost, refused, and undeliverable orders are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Order Issues Policy and Shipping & International Orders Policy.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates a return, refund, replacement, or other consumer right that cannot legally be limited or waived.
Shipping and Delivery
ōnlē organics ships eligible products throughout the United States and worldwide. Product availability and available delivery services vary by destination.
CBD products are available for shipment within the United States only.
Shipping methods, rates, and available shipping benefits are displayed at checkout. Customs duties and import fees are included in the international shipping rate charged at checkout.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless a guaranteed service is expressly identified. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, government action, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control do not automatically make an order eligible for cancellation, replacement, or refund.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information, monitoring tracking, responding to carrier or customs requests, and collecting packages.
Complete shipping and delivery terms are contained in our Shipping & International Orders Policy.
The ōnlē Rebalance Method Course
The ōnlē Rebalance Method course is included at no additional charge with an eligible purchase of the ōnlē Rebalance Method. The course is also available for individual purchase for $197.
Course purchases and digital access are final sale.
Purchasing or receiving access to the course grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course for your own household and educational purposes during the access period stated at purchase.
Your purchase or access does not transfer ownership of the course or any intellectual property to you.
Course access may not be shared outside your household. Login credentials may not be sold, transferred, published, or provided to another person.
We may suspend or terminate course access for unauthorized sharing, copying, misuse, nonpayment, security threats, or another material violation of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The ōnlē organics website, the ōnlē Rebalance Method, courses, videos, audio, written lessons, protocols, frameworks, methods, product guidance, downloads, graphics, photographs, product names, product descriptions, designs, branding, trademarks, logos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to ōnlē organics and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Access to our website, products, or course materials grants you only a limited, personal, noncommercial, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the content for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, record, reproduce, modify, publish, upload, display, distribute, sell, sublicense, teach from, create commercial derivative materials from, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission from ōnlē organics.
You may not share course login credentials, distribute course files, create screen recordings, reproduce protocols or course lessons for a group, upload proprietary materials to an artificial-intelligence system, or place our content in a public platform, shared drive, membership, course, training database, or similar resource.
You may link to publicly available pages on our website as long as the link does not falsely suggest sponsorship, ownership, partnership, approval, or endorsement by ōnlē organics.
To request permission to use protected content, email info@onleorganics.com before using it. Permission is valid only when provided in writing and only for the use expressly approved.
Trademarks
The ōnlē organics name, the ōnlē Rebalance Method name, logos, product names, taglines, graphics, and related brand elements may be trademarks or protected brand assets belonging to ōnlē organics.
Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use our trademarks, branding, product names, or logos for commercial, promotional, resale, or educational purposes without prior written permission.
Product Resale
Purchases are intended for personal or household use unless you have entered into a separate written reseller, wholesale, professional, or ambassador agreement with ōnlē organics.
You may not resell, relabel, repackage, alter, distribute, or commercially promote our products as your own without prior written authorization.
We may limit quantities or cancel orders that reasonably appear to be intended for unauthorized resale, diversion, or commercial distribution.
Acceptable Website and Account Use
You may use our website and customer account features only for lawful personal purposes.
You may not interfere with the website’s operation or security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, course, system, or network; introduce malicious code; scrape or systematically extract content; impersonate another person; submit false or misleading information; use another person’s payment information without authorization; circumvent purchase, geographic, account, or access restrictions; or use the website or its content to violate another person’s rights.
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account or user has violated these Terms, created a security risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, or used our website, products, or content unlawfully.
Customer Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account-access information.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Notify us promptly at info@onleorganics.com if you believe an account has been accessed or used without authorization.
We may require reasonable verification before changing account information, disclosing personal information, or processing certain requests.
Customer Communications and Submissions
If you voluntarily send us a review, comment, photograph, video, testimonial, story, suggestion, or other submission, you represent that you have the right to send it and that it does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property, or other legal rights.
Sending a private Customer Care message, direct message, course question, or other support communication does not by itself give ōnlē organics permission to use that communication publicly for advertising.
We will obtain appropriate permission before publicly identifying you or using your private story, image, health experience, or testimonial in marketing when permission is required.
Public comments, reviews, or posts may remain visible on the platform where you chose to publish them and are also subject to that platform’s terms.
Educational and Medical Disclaimer
The products, course materials, website content, emails, social media content, and Customer Care communications provided by ōnlē organics are for general educational and informational purposes.
They are not medical advice and do not create a doctor-patient, clinician-patient, or other healthcare-provider relationship.
ōnlē organics does not diagnose, treat, prescribe for, or provide individualized medical care through its website, course, social media, email, or Customer Care communications.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your individual circumstances, including pregnancy, breastfeeding, medical conditions, medications, allergies, adverse reactions, or a child’s use of a product.
Do not delay or disregard professional medical care because of information provided by ōnlē organics. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services.
Additional information is contained in our FDA & Educational Disclaimer.
FDA Disclaimer
Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Individual Experiences and Testimonials
Customer testimonials, reviews, stories, and examples describe individual experiences. They are not guarantees that every customer will have the same experience or result.
Individual experiences vary based on numerous factors, including product use, consistency, health history, lifestyle, environment, and circumstances outside the control of ōnlē organics.
We do not guarantee a particular health, physical, emotional, or other result from using our products, courses, or educational information.
Allergies, Sensitivities, and Product Use
Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels, ingredients, directions, warnings, and storage instructions before use.
Do not use a product containing an ingredient to which you or the intended user is allergic or sensitive.
Use products only as directed. Keep products out of reach of children except when the product is being administered by an appropriate adult according to its directions.
Contact a qualified healthcare professional if you have questions about a product’s suitability, medication interactions, allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding, a health condition, or use by a child.
Discontinue use and seek appropriate medical guidance if an unexpected or concerning reaction occurs.
Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, shipping carriers, social platforms, course platforms, or other services.
Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. ōnlē organics does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, content, or practices of third-party services.
A link or reference does not necessarily constitute sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.
Affiliates and Paid Relationships
From time to time, ōnlē organics may share an affiliate link, paid partnership, or compensated recommendation.
When required, we will disclose the nature of the relationship. If you purchase through an affiliate link, we may receive compensation.
You remain responsible for deciding whether a third-party product or service is appropriate for you. Purchases from a third party are governed by that seller’s terms and policies.
Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information.
Do not submit confidential health or personal information through a public comment, review, or social-media post.
Website and Course Availability
We work to keep our website, accounts, courses, and digital services available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Access may occasionally be limited because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, security concerns, service-provider interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may update, improve, replace, or discontinue features or materials. If a change materially affects a paid right of access, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law and the terms stated at purchase.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, content, courses, services, and products are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in writing.
We disclaim implied warranties to the extent they may lawfully be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.
Nothing in this section excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ōnlē organics and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or related to the website, products, courses, content, services, or these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of ōnlē organics for a claim relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid to ōnlē organics for the product or service giving rise to that claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including any rights or remedies protected by applicable consumer law.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ōnlē organics and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, products, courses, or content; your infringement of another person’s rights; your unauthorized resale or distribution of products or content; or your material violation of these Terms.
This obligation does not apply to claims caused by the wrongful conduct of ōnlē organics or where indemnification is prohibited by law.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate website, account, course, or service access if you materially violate these Terms, fail to make a required payment, share protected content or login credentials, engage in fraud or abuse, threaten website security, or use our products or content unlawfully.
Termination of access does not eliminate payment obligations validly incurred before termination.
If we terminate a paid service without cause and applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, we will provide that remedy.
Resolving Concerns
We want the opportunity to address concerns directly and in good faith.
Before beginning a formal legal proceeding, you agree to send a written description of the concern and the requested resolution to info@onleorganics.com. ōnlē organics will have a reasonable opportunity to review and respond.
This informal process does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief when necessary or exercising a right that cannot legally be limited.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory laws of the customer’s jurisdiction apply.
Any legal proceeding that is not subject to a valid arbitration agreement will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Gallatin County, Montana, unless applicable law requires a different location.
Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute that cannot be resolved through the informal process described above will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under the consumer rules applicable to the dispute. The arbitration may occur remotely unless an in-person hearing is required or the parties agree otherwise.
The arbitrator may award any individual remedy available under applicable law but may not combine the claims of multiple people or preside over a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You and ōnlē organics waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court. Either party may also seek urgent injunctive relief involving intellectual-property infringement, unauthorized access, fraud, or security threats from a court with appropriate jurisdiction.
If any portion of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remaining enforceable portions will remain in effect unless the unenforceable portion defeats the essential purpose of the provision.
International Customers
Customers outside the United States may have mandatory rights under the laws of their country or region.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where a mandatory local law conflicts with these Terms, that law controls only to the extent required.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordering, importing, possessing, and using a product is lawful in their location.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
No Waiver
If ōnlē organics does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
A waiver is effective only when made in writing by an authorized representative of ōnlē organics.
Assignment
You may not transfer your account, subscription, course access, license, or rights under these Terms without prior written permission from ōnlē organics.
ōnlē organics may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or other lawful business transaction.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies and product-specific terms incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and ōnlē organics concerning your use of the website and your purchases.
They replace prior versions addressing the same subject matter.
