Welcome to the Follow Your Gut podcast. I'm your host, Juniper. Today we are talking about a phase of healing that I want to help you see differently.
It's the moment when your body begins letting go, letting go of harmful bacteria, yeast, mold, fungus, parasites, heavy metals, toxins, and waste.
All of the things that have been taking up space and creating inflammation, depleting your body or your child's body, and placing a burden on the systems trying to keep you well. This is the release phase. I want you to really hear the meaning inside of these words. The release phase. Your body is releasing. It's no longer being asked to carry everything that it's been holding.
It's clearing what doesn't belong so it can create space for what does, space for beneficial bacteria to grow, space for the immune system to become more resilient, space for the nervous system, the liver, hormones, digestion, skin, brain, and every other connected system to begin functioning optimally. There's something incredibly beautiful about this.
When we only talk about what someone might temporarily notice during this phase, we completely miss what the body is accomplishing. We make the experience about the headache or a change in poop or feeling tired or seeing a temporary change in skin or a temporary worsening of the symptom that you came here to heal.
But those things are not the heart of this phase. The heart of the release phase is that your body is finally being supported in letting go of the very things that have been burdening it. This is so exciting. This is the healing.
And it's not something you need to be afraid of. Sometimes releasing can be a little uncomfortable.
I mean anytime the body begins clearing harmful overgrowths and accumulated waste, it has to process and eliminate what is being released. This is why you can temporarily notice a change in energy or digestion or your poops, your sleep, your mood, or again the symptom that you were already experiencing.
But not everyone will notice these changes. Everyone moves through the release phase because releasing is part of rebalancing. The difference is that some women and children notice temporary discomfort while it's happening, while others move through it without feeling or seeing anything unusual at all. The goal of rebalancing is not to push the body into releasing everything as aggressively or as quickly as possible.
The goal is to create the conditions for the body to release gently, effectively, and in a way that your body is prepared to handle. This is why the ōNLē rebalance method begins before you ever even take the first dose of the supplement.
I guide you through preparing your body first. We support your drainage and elimination pathways. We make sure your body is moving waste out effectively. We look at your poop patterns, hydration, food, movement, and the foundational daily practices that help the body release what it's clearing. Because clearing something out is only one part of the process.
The body still has to carry it out. Releasing is one part. What's being released needs to be carried out. I want you to think about it like cleaning out a room that's been holding years of things that you no longer need. You begin pulling everything out of the closets and the drawers and the corners where it's been accumulating. But if there isn't a clear path out of the room, all you've done is move the clutter into the middle of the floor.
The things are no longer hidden, but they haven't actually left. The body needs a clear path out too. This is why preparation matters so much. When the body is eliminating well and the drainage pathways are supported, it can move what's being released all the way out. That preparation can greatly minimize and in a lot of women and children, completely prevent noticeable discomforts during the release phase. This is also why the ōNLē rebalance method isn't just a cleanse. It's a complete methodology. Every product has a specific role, and every part of the method works together to support the body through elimination, release, rebuilding, and restoration.
Cleanse clears the harmful bacteria, yeast, mold, fungus, parasites, and pathogens that are creating the imbalance. Nourish replenishes the gut with beneficial bacteria so the gut can rebuild as those harmful overgrowths are cleared.
Bind attaches to and helps carry out the overgrowths, toxins, heavy metals, and waste the body's releasing.
And Remineralize restores bioavailable minerals that support the body throughout the healing process.
This is why all four of the supplements are incredibly important, and why bind and remineralize are especially important during the release phase. When harmful overgrowths are being cleared, we don't want what is being released to stay in the body or to be recirculated. We want it to be bound, carried through the body's elimination pathways, and moved out. That's the role of bind. And while the body is doing this work, we also don't want to ask an already depleted body to heal without restoring the minerals that it needs. Minerals support your body's ability to regulate, eliminate, rebuild, and function. This is the role of Remineralize. This is the difference between taking an isolated supplement and following a complete methodology.
Clearing without preparing can overwhelm a body that's not eliminating well. Clearing without binding leaves an essential part of the removal process unsupported. Clearing without replenishing beneficial bacteria, that leaves your gut really vulnerable for more bad overgrowths to move right back in. And asking a body to do all of this without restoring your minerals, ignores what the body needs to complete the process. The ōNLē rebalance method brings every one of these pieces together very intentionally. You are not left to wonder which supplement you need, when to take it, how to prepare, what foods to focus on, or how to support yourself or your child through it. I have already connected all of those dots for you. The supplements are only one part of the method.
The ōNLē rebalance method course guides you through how to prepare before you begin the supplements, how to use the supplements, what foods to focus on, and how to know when the body is eventually in balance.
There is a version of healing.
That's built around fighting the body, fighting the symptoms, fighting the bacteria, fighting the parasites, fighting every discomfort. That is not the work we do here together. Your body is not the enemy. Your body is your dearest partner. It has been protecting you, adapting to you, and carrying an enormous burden while continuing to keep you alive every single day.
When you begin rebalancing, you are finally giving your body the tools to do what it's been trying to do all along. Release what doesn't belong, replenish what's been missing, rebuild the microbiome, restore the foundation, and heal the body as a whole. This is why the release phase is not something that needs to be feared. It's a beautiful part of the process, it's the body letting go.
As you move through the release phase, you might notice it happening or you might not. Either way, your body is releasing. Now, this is a really important part for you to know. You do not have to feel uncomfortable to know that the method is working. You don't need a dramatic reaction as proof that the healing is happening. You might not experience any noticeable change as your body or your child's body is releasing. Your body can release gently, your body can release quietly, your body can release without creating an experience you need to fear or manage. And this is exactly why I created the ōNLē rebalance method the way I did, to prepare your body, support it through the release, and give it everything it needs to clear, rebuild, and restore.
The release phase is not something happening against your body. It's your body finally letting go of what it no longer needs to carry.
